Justin Parsons (Swing)
From Killinchy in Northern Ireland, Justin began playing golf at
14 and quickly found himself hooked on the game. Playing off
scratch at sixteen and having representative inter-provincial
honors at Boys and Youths level, he made the decision to turn
professional at Knock Golf Club in Belfast after a short spell at
college in USA. A qualified PGA Professional at 23, Justin played
full time for two years before moving to Blackwood Golf Centre
where he honed his teaching skills at one of Ireland's busiest golf
He moved to Dubai in 2004 and began working as an instructor at
the academy at The Montgomerie under the watchful eye of Wayne
Johnson. Justin rose quickly to the position of Director of
Instruction and joined Claude Harmon III at the pre-opening phase
of The Butch Harmon School of Golf.
Since inception, the golf school has had much success and
adulation, Justin has maintained his career development, attaining
his Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Golf Professional
Certification and Level 2 Junior Coach. A specialist in 3D analysis
and functional movement screening, Justin aims to build lesson
programs and practice programs to help all levels of players

Creator of the Johnny Foster Golf Academy in Northern Ireland,
he represented Ireland at amateur international level alongside
Michael on many occasions and they developed a friendship based on
20 years golf together. He is recognised as one of the best young
coaches today and through his academy has achieved success with
every level of golfer over the last number of years.
Alongside European Tour and Challenge Tour players, Johnny coaches
countless mini tour players, fellow PGA Pros, amateur
internationals and many young aspiring juniors.
Johnny's role in the 'team' is to provide Mike's game with
technical support and guidance when at home during his 'off' weeks
and also at tournaments throughout the year. This includes,
liaising with Justin, structuring practice and observation of

Shane graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the
University of South Wales in 2006 with a BSc. in Chiropractic.
He is one of Europe's leading Golf Performance Therapists and is
an expert in the treatment, screening and rehabilitation of golf
injuries. Shane has traveled with professional golfers for
over 5 years on both the European & PGA Tours for 25 weeks a
year. His clients include world leading golfers and athletes.
He enjoys working with athletes of all levels to help improve their
physical performance enabling them to play their sport to the best
of their ability. Shane continues to travel in his spare time,
researching and studying the best methods to help individuals
achieve their ultimate goal.
Shane has extensive post-graduate training, he is a level 3
certified medical professional with the Titleist Performance
Institute and Lead Instructor for Active Release Techniques® in
Europe, He is certified in Functional Integrated Needling, Fascial
Manipulation, Kinesiotaping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue
Mobilisation (IASTM), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective
Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Dynamic Neuromuscular
Stabilisation (DNS) and Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT®)

Mark is one of the UK and Ireland's leading sport psychologists.
He has worked extensively with individuals, teams and coaches from
over twenty different sports. His clients
include professional golfers, International rugby players,
Olympic and Paralympic athletes, professional footballers,
professional ice hockey teams, boxers and athletes from Gaelic
sports. Mark has also worked as a consultant to the Sports
Institute Northern Ireland and had published a book called Facing
Frankenstein. Mark has worked with Mike for a large number of
years and provides support in regard to his golf, as well as the
larger issues which crop up in life.
